What if my company isn’t ready to expand yet?
That’s exactly why we start with a Market Assessment. If expansion isn’t the right step now, you’ll still walk away with clear next steps to strengthen your business and prepare for the future.
How do we start the process?
It all begins with a Discovery Call. We’ll discuss your goals, challenges, and current stage. If it makes sense, we’ll then move into a Market Assessment to evaluate the real opportunities before committing to expansion.
What's the average project duration?
The Market Assessment is a focused project that usually takes 3–4 weeks. The Expansion Program runs from above 6 months, covering preparation, localization, and traction-building phases. Advisory sessions can be booked flexibly as needed.
What regions do you specialize in?
I focus on LATAM and Europe, with proven frameworks for entering Spanish-speaking markets, Brazil, and scaling across the EU.
How hands-on are you during the Expansion Program?
Very. I don’t just hand over a strategy. I help with localization, operations setup, and partnerships. You get a mix of strategy and execution so the plan doesn’t stay on paper.
